Is this a Parody of One of Zoolander's Characters?

YouTube is a great place to find videos to share with your friends and family. Smiles and laughter are contagious. I came across this video and I can't figure out if this a real magician or a parody. Watch the video and then tell me what you think about it. Here's my question. Does anyone else think the "hippie" guy in the car is the same character Owen Wilson played in Zoolander. He's just too dramatic. I really can't believe this is real.
